Phase 1 (Novice only): 11am 18 May 2024

Anyone who is new to powerlifting and has never competed before is considered a Novice. We will require you to make a declaration during registration that you have never competed before and your registration may be forfeited if found otherwise.

Registration Fee of $179 includes competition fee + PS membership fee + PS member T-shirt and competition T-shirt

Phase 2 (Open to all including novices): 10am 15 Jun 2024

To all non-novice lifters: Your results can be used as Qualifying Total for Nationals (and Valid Total for Masters) but will not be eligible for prizes for this event.

• All registrants must log-in with an account created on this website (Free)
• There is a compulsory online briefing for all Novice Athletes and their handlers on 3 August 2024 @ 4pm
• All successful registrants must also register for a membership. (membership is included for Novice registration and need not be paid again)
