AlphaLit Powerlifting Pit 2023
APP23 will see the first of the courageous ones in the community pit themselves against the best of 2022, in a bid to qualify for Nationals 2023. With a stellar line up for the rest of the year, we are certain the first nationals qualifier will be lit!

About the event
This meet follows all the rules of the IPF, and athletes must purchase a 2023 membership after registering for the meet. Those who do not will have their competition registration invalidated.
All athletes must compete in IPF approved equipment, with the minimal requirements being a singlet, deadlift socks, and shoes.Â
