PRELIMINARY LIFTING SCHEDULE

1. Name, Year of Birth, and Age Division changes will be levied a $25 administrative fee. 

2. Weight Class Changes are permitted until 2359 hrs on 4 March 2023.

3. All Sub Junior Athletes aged below 18 must submit their Parental Consent Form to be able to compete.

4. First-time athletes must attend a compulsory Technical Briefing on 11 Mar 2023 at 10am at Swolefit Garage's new location (59H Jalan Malu Malu). Nearest MRT: Canberra.
